Fantastic customer service from Lucy
Bought two t-shirts off the website and one of the t-shirts that arrived was a different colour to what I ordered nice t-shirt but not what I ordered Slight inconvenience but an easy mistake to make just one of those things Raised it with Lucy from customer service and she was brilliant from the start Apologised for the incorrect item checked the stock on the item I paid for and sent it out to me free of charge and let me keep the wrong t-shirt too Fast and speedy response throughout from Lucy couldn t have been any more help Credit to the team
