Very poor purchase very poor customer service
I bought two kat kurls as I have a bigger cat They are meant to hold together through magnets but completely failed to do so They are also much much smaller than pictures on website so even with two together it was still small I told them I wanted to return for a refund They told me I would need to post to Canada at my own expense I said I wasn t going to do that They offered to refund half the cost and I agree to this They did send a refund but it was less than half of the original cost Overall my experience with this company has been utterly rubbish
