Crappy app -- it blocks calls that are clearly not spam it changes settings on your phone I deleted the app after wasting 40 bucks on a yearly subscription and apparently it turned on call forwarding It screwed up my voicemail and no phone calls came through also my text messaging somehow My parents showed up at my doorstep because they had been calling me for two days with no answer Finally I called Verizon and they advised to dial 73 to turn off call forwarding No issues since
