Lousy customer service
My first mistake was ordering directly from their website Thought I was buying a lovely yellow tunic what I received was a hideous muddy yellow Also at the time of purchase I had seen the refund policy on the listing and believed it was eligible for returns Only after the actual receipt did I realize it was not So I contacted customer service thinking maybe they d sent me the wrong color and could help me out They told me it was the correct color so the best they could do was refund 3 so now I m out 8 stuck with an ugly shirt I ll never wear and have only a week to find a replacement it was purchased for a Disney themed party Lastly there is no way to leave reviews on their site Never buying from them again
