I put my mental health last
I have had a rough year With stress increasing at work and being a single mom it spiraled into a major case of insomnia and panic attacks I just did not feel well and since I do not have health insurance in my mind it was unattainable to afford care I was extremely shocked how affordable Cerebral is and how easy the process was In 30 minutes I was able to check in to get my medicine prescribed I feel a ton of weight lifted off of my shoulders and am happy to start working with my therapist We put ourselves last sometimes but taking care of our mental health is so important
