I m only a couple weeks into this but going great so far

I m only a couple weeks into this but it seems to be working well I was skeptical but after putting it on the correct way I really began to sweat Just got up to 2 hours with this on- at pretty decent intensity Customer service was good when I had questions about effectiveness As I said it just turns out I didn t place it right the 2nd time This is key to getting the intensity result others have spoken about The little forum on FB is really helpful as well Also you have to let the pads sit a bit after you take the band off to let them air out Then you can recover them if you like to prevent debris getting in them I m looking forward to doing the glucose gobbler workout again Hopefully will start to see some good results The app has good functionality I m on iPhone 14 but it has a few features I would like to see like visuals for how each workout pulses Maybe I ll forward this to them as a suggestion I haven t experienced any connectivity issues so smooth sailing so far Update about a month in and going well Was wearing sneakily while at work using the less cardio less intense program Need to weigh myself but my friends wife have commented asking what I m doing am I working out
