Extremely Sketchy

Everything about this company is extremely sketchy I went into one of the stores with my friend and bought a couple shirts They convinced me to get the Backstage Pass rewards thing so I did I came back to my dorm and realized the shirts I purchased reeked of chemicals after a wash they were fine but still I cancelled my Backstage Pass after reading up on it online First I had to cancel the magazines on one site and then I had to call FYE s customer service I have anxiety and let me tell you one of the worst experiences I have ever had The man on the phone Zach interrupted me several times to tell me that he d be extremely considerate and give me a ton more perks and coupons When that didn t work he offered lowering the price to which all my answers were I am a poor college student who doesn t have a car to go to these places to begin with Finally after telling him no four times he relented and gave me a cancellation number which I kept for several months after they cancelled my Backstage Pass just in case there was an incident like some of the other comments express A simple Google search will lead you to so many other people saying how sketchy the company is Do NOT trust them with your money or time
