Excellent Product and Customer Service - 5

Firstly I don t write reviews very often unless I ve had a terrible experience or an amazing one I am pleased to say this review is due to the later I will break this review down into product and customer service Product We bought a Myoice plus with the chiller The product is excellent the chiller enables you to set the temperature ahead of you planned plunge My son uses it for recovery after rugby and I use it for recovery and mental health - I have a sense of clarity and calm after using Customer service Unfortunately our chiller stopped working I emailed the company over the weekend and received an immediate response stating that customer support would be in contact I then received an email on Monday morning asking for some photos and proof it was not working all very reasonable Once sent Raba who is excellent confirmed that a new chiller would be sent out and be with me within two days I really couldn t ask for more and this is exceptional customer service from a small company from which larger companies could learn a thing or two Well done MyoMaster - I would give you 10 stars if I could
