I am a dental assistant who has worked for a number of specialties perio general pedo prostodontics for over 47years The tiny brush-like extensions extend less than 1 4 inch from the incisal occlusal surface toward the gumline and do not reach the gingival crest to properly clean The arch length extends two inches back otherwise it may gag the user but it does not extend behind the distal back surfaces of the last teeth in the arches nor does it have brush-like extensions in those areas This is why the instructions ask tht you rotate the device side-to-side to Attempt to clean these areas But it does not clean these areas Aside from these observations my teeth felt unclean rough lingual surfaces felt by my tongue I had to use a traditional handheld toothbrush with water to remove that plaque and have it feel smooth I see alot of patients with varying degrees of oral hygiene tolerances believe me this product is terrible and should you think it is doing a good job I would question your dental hygiene I Q Furthermore because of Covid FYI if you open the box you cannot return it You can t try it Aside from Covid would they have resold the used item to another client WOW I don t accept this policy I ve been scammed
