HORRIBLE QUALITY AND WON T RETURN YOUR MONEY

I ordered some clothes for a family vacation well in advance of our departure and the company showed they would arrive a month prior They didn t arrive until after we left When I got home I requested a refund as I no longer needed them The company offered me several discounts to keep the clothes but they were of horrible quality and I didn t want them They finally emailed me they have no phone numbers anywhere about how to return the clothes and receive a refund I followed the directions and per their request emailed them a copy of the UPS shipping label and tracking number All the clothes still had their tags in the original packages It s been FIVE months and every time I email them they ask for the tracking number again This is ridiculous They have had their clothes and my money for FIVE months I WANT MY REFUND
