I appreciate the kindness of this individual in giving me three different options as a solution and all of these options were also incredibly good I also appreciate that it didn t take long for my questions and messages to be answered The responses that I received on the Springs website from this individual were prompt and contained ample information the information was tailored to the purpose and did not provide loose answers that were incomprehensible in the context of the question It was easy to access customer service and get a quick response much quicker than I had anticipated And finally a good solution was applied at the end that made me super satisfied There is nothing to improve with customer service or at least this individual Everything was just perfect I give 5 out of 5 because of the friendliness and response time Thank you so much
