Slow shipping worried if I m getting what I ordered

I m writing this review for today but realistically it s been nothing but a frustrating and irritating process for the past couple of weeks My roommate and I had ordered rings and there was a bit of confusion on the address part I don t know I guess they just looked at the address and became overwhelmed with stupidity the fact that two people can order from the same home Anyway after a few emails of the company emailing both of us asking about the situation we had thought it was all fixed Wrong I had followed up a few days later asking for the tracking number And they refunded me I didn t say this anywhere in the notes of the email nor did I ever request a refund I know the company being out of India is risky but the rings I wanted really did stand out So now I m having to do ANOTHER bout of emails with them Trying to say I don t give a damn about the refund I just wanted my rings So all in all horrible experience Apparently if two people order from the same house they don t give a crap and proceed to dodge every question with a different answer I m SUPER pissed off and all I wanted was what I ordered Now I don t even know if I m getting that back much less the refund Screw you animebee until I get my rings back I m leaving this review up Although with the way your company does things doesn t seem like you care what people say anyway
