Shakirah Yearwood was an excellent Customer Service Representative She went that Extra Mile for us by researching the availability of adding the White Glove delivery option in a location where we were told it as NOT AVAILABLE So thank you Shakirah for making this happen for us We are Seniors and needed a strong delivery person to help us place the freezer in our garage and open the box to confirm that there was no damage Now we do not have to be concerned because she added that White Glove option for us Thank you again Steve and Candi Markley
