Great Customer Service

They are amazing when it come to customer service and I m not even trying to exaggerate My incident literally JUST happened this past week and got solved today by ADP I was being given the run around for over a week with my previous employer ADP helped me in ways the former employer refused to I wish I could remember the guy that helped me but he was answering the my life advisors phone line and once he figured out how to help me HE CALLED ME even after he at the time had already helped me with what he could He went out of his way to contact me back to help me get my issue resolved This is not my first experience with them as my job works along side them Every time I ve had to interact with them they have been nothing but pleasant and so friendly Seriously THANK YOU because I would probably still be fighting to get my W2 from my former employer What took them days took ADP MINUTES 20 10
