THIS IS BASED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE I haven t received my product yet but I LOVE they were not pushy when I said I only wanted to start out with the trial which I did receive They let me cancel my account no questions A week later I tried it and because of something about how it felt and the info I looked up on the shipping Rx I decided to buy right there and then Now the literature said I was going to get charged every 60 days which I was fine with However my next transaction and shipment were scheduled to happen 17 days later I sent them an email and by the next day they had adjusted it for 30 days In the reply email they explained that they set it up to be transact in 30 days and if I had any questions or wanted to change the date again to simply contact them All I did was hit reply on that email and within that same 24 hour period they set it up for 63 days later as I asked I ve worked Customer Service my whole life and I think Customer Service is in the pooper right now so when I deal with people like this like they used to back in the days it makes me way more confident in what I m about to smear on my mug
