These guys blow the competition out of the water with service and accuracy
I really appreciate their excellent customer service minimal hold times compared to other container companies and delivering my stuff safely as expected I would completely use the company again and recommend to friends I started out with a quote with another competitor PODS and what a - show Upgrading computer system long hold times delivered a POD erroneously to my house Until you see what can go wrong with another logistics company do you really appreciate the good ones like 800 Pack Rat that have their act together

Good customer service
Good customer service good online communication and information good carriers The only complaint I have is that it seemed that my container was stored at the destination longer than necessary I was at the destination for three weeks after my container was picked up Not sure why

From beginning to end this experience went very well I had questions during the transfer from NC to NV and all representatives were helpful professional and courteous Thanks for making a nail biting situation on my end a really good experience on both ends
