Moved from Atlanta to Seattle they are AWESOME

They are genuinely great not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews I moved from Atlanta to Seattle through them and used their ReloCube Moving Containers the experience couldn t be better and the steps were very straightforward 1 U-Pack simply come drop the relocation cubes in front of your house based on how many of those cubes you reserved 2 You have all the time to load the stuff and no need to care about how many items you have as long as you can fit them in the cube 3 Once you are ready simply tell them when to come pick the cubes up as well as when to drop the cubes at your new place 4 Similarly you have all the time to unload and once you are done simply tell them when to come take the cubes away Will definitely go to them again in the future

We needed to move across the country for my husband s job and every company just seemed so shady and scammy Upack was the only company with straightforward pricing that would leave me with no surprises They also didn t harass me for my business like all the others They were flexible with dates before and even during the move for delivery which was important because of unknown closing dates plus travel time Their drivers and customer service people on the phone were all very friendly When our trailer arrived at our new house I was told it could be anywhere from 8-5 so to expect a call an hour before but only got a call that they were already there I was 15 minutes away and told them I never got a call and they waited on me with no problems This company made what could have been a logistical nightmare a really easy thing Their pricing is great and we appreciated the military discount I m so glad we used them

Fantastic experience I ve moved 14 times This U-Pack Relocube move from TX-AL was the smoothest and cheapest move of them all From the online booking to the customer support on the phone to the professionalism of the drivers ABF did a first-class job Pros excellent customer support Cubes are punctual and in good condition we had one cube with a problem and the driver replaced it with no difficulty The 3 days to load is sufficient especially if your stuff is already boxed and the timeframe overlays a weekend All 4 of my cubes arrived at my location 2 days after retrieval with everything intact One may track their shipment online much like tracking a package their website is intuitive and helpful Cost was excellent with no hidden fees Cons your stuff will get dusty so cover your belongings well Some cubes are banged-up so inspect your cubes for damage with a walk-around prior to accepting them I highly recommend ABF U-Pack Relocubes for anyone interested in a self-packing move You won t be dissappointed
