Save yourself a trouble order at local parts store

Bought a wheel bearing for an Altima good price with lifetime warranty is what s they have advertise until you try to claim the warranty then it will not be honored and by the way the reason the part was cheap because it pooly made Parts failed before 1 year and did not honor warranty UPDATE company sent part after writing a complaint have not received wheel bearing yet but im sure is on its way

Stellar Customer Service

Ordered a set of wheel bearing hub assemblies for my 2015 Ram 1500 They arrived very quickly which was awesome I got them installed and everything was fine and dandy until it wasn t One of the hubs were just naturally bad I contacted 1A Auto s customer service and they were quick to respond I told them about my issue and they initiated a replacement order after a few questions To me that s some pretty solid customer service I can t knock the parts because anything can happen and the company did right but me and stood by their word of replacement I ll be a return customer simply because of their customer service and quick shipping I recommend them

This is my 3rd review stemming from a single order Rav4 door lock actuator from DIY Solutions Recap First part was defective upon arrival - customer service quickly sent a replacement No return necessary Second part worked fine - until it failed in the same way less than 2 months later Customer service has again been exceptional Full refund this time in 2 days So I immediately ordered the part - again - but from a different manufacturer Hopefully TRQ performs a better quality inspection before the part goes out the door DIY Solutions apparently did not Thank you 1AAuto Customer Service I remain a loyal customer
