Lazy fools
Jegs needs to do something about eliminating all the stupid uneducated people who work in their shipping and ordering departments I ordered a bunch of sockets from SUNEX tools and they take about two weeks to get from overseas which is understandable However I got my order one item was missing so I called and complained to Jegs The fool on the other end of the phone who acted more like I was an inconvenience than a customer just said sorry and hung up next thing I knew my order was canceled in its entirety and my money was refunded without any warning So now I have to re-order a new set of sockets because some lazy hoodlum decided customer service was too much trouble

Ordered a Carburetor in Nov 22 The carb was not installed until January The carb was defective and dumped fuel onto the intake Return was initiated before the 60 day return policy was expired Jegs charged am 104 00 for restocking a defective product When I called to talk to them the customer service representative was very nice but wasn t allowed to correct the issue I was told that it is Jegs policy to charge customer restock fee for defective parts Jegs is a company with theft of their customers money set as a policy Do not do business with Jegs

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service I ordered shocks for my truck and they have now sent me the wrong item twice The first order they sent me 4 front shocks I had called them to get the part numbers before ordering but they still charged me to return the items The second order has the correct part number on the packing list but the shocks are not for my truck at all after calling the manufacturer I found out Jegs sent me shocks for a car I called today to return them and was told I would have to pay gain to return them I have since called the manufacturer back and asked them to exchange to shocks for me Jegs policy is to make their customers pay for Jeags mistakes I have asked to speak to a supervisor and have been on hold for 20mins now the customer service rep refused to give me their name so I can t even fill out Jegs internal review system Horrible company that scams their customers Stay far away from them this isn t the Jegs we grew up with

Customer Service line never gets answered
ordered a few parts online get the confirmation number and see that one part has an expected ship date in over 2 months I cant wait that long have called and held multiple times over 3o min each time to try and get this part cancelled jegs customer service line is a joke sent an email but i dont expect any kind of response

There is a reason they have under 2
There is a reason they have under 2 stars in their ratings I order old truck parts all the time and I decided to try JEGS They gave me the wrong part and told me to pay 230 00 to ship back a 520 00 part Their customer service was uninterested in the mistake and blamed it on me and did not care whether I returned back to them or not Go to AMD or classic industries as I have never had a problem with them

Most of what you order ends up shipping direct from manufacturers They split your order into multiple invoices Then everything gets super confusing Their customer service couldn t find my order cancelled the wrong items Then when the wrong things came they refused to provide a return label Seriously do not order from this company
