Maybe this isn t the place for a product review Too bad I am 76 and my Cholesterol and Triglycerides have been elevated for many years I don t like the prescription meds given to me because of side effects and intera6with other supplements I take CholestMD is the I tried 3 or 4 other Cholesterol products over the years with zero discernable benefit I began taking CholestMD about 3 years ago and take 2 pills twice a day I had a wellness exam at the VA a month ago and hoped there wouldn t be any bad news I was surprised by my lab results My LDL Cholesterol and Triglycerides were about 30 lower than usual and HDL 50 higher My diet and weight are stable and I have not made significant changes to the list of supplements I take or lifestyle I repeated the Lipid panel this week to confirm the results This report was virtually identical to the previous one I am very happy with this product Very happy
