I use 32gi as I am a runner and have used it for the last 3 to 4 years I find it is a great recovery drink which I mix with orange juice

Awesome customer service I had separate issues with shipping and an expired product David jumped through hoops both times to make sure my problem was solved and I was happy With the expired product he express shipped a larger container of the product at no extra cost All I asked for was a refund I was so surprised and delighted
