I have paid and ordered a box of electrolyte tablets but received 1 tube paid for 8 Part of my order -energy bars were shipped to a wrong address and I cannot get them from the person who received the parcel I have emailed the company but they did not even bother to reply to me The products are very good but I have lost trust in them and need to chase up 80

I have not received my order

I have not received my order I have had a email from evri saying they tried to deliver my order I have not responded as they want my email address my dob my bank details saying there is a additional delivery fee as I was not in they did not inform me as to when they intended delivery and they did not leave a calling card so I can get in touch so I suspect the email is a scam Having said that I would appreciate if you could find out where my parcel is and when I can expect delivery Kind regards Greg pidgeon

Since my previous order there has been no improvement in stock of Chews I use Chews in all my long runs and I will soon be going into training for the London Marathon so I need to stock up urgently When will stock be available

I have been trying to order Endure

I have been trying to order Endure Chews and Cramp Assalt for over 3 months but there is never any stock I am an avid supporter of 32GI but I am forced to buy SIS gels the delivery system is terrible and go without cramp Assalt Also the products are so expensive compared to SA I have to stock up every time I go back to SA to make sure I have enough for training

From entering your website everything was easy to navigate All the information on products were great The problem started when you gave my item to Royal Mail They tried delivering it to me twice after me telling them to put it in my safe place or give it to my neighbour Then had to phone them And then pick it up from a post office 2 days after that

The order on the whole was good and the follow up on stock shortage of Lime flavoured chews was great I was advised that only one box was available I ordered 2 boxes and there was substitute which was raspberry chews but you did not have boxes of those either however I paid 12 for a box and only received 4 chews surely if the box price is 12 for 12 and the single price is 1 20 I should get 10 chews I find this disappointing

Pre race meal - excellentMy 2nd tub of this and it is amazing Don t feel overly full but have plenty of energy for medium-long runs Mix with skimmed milk - it is a big gritty hence only 4 stars but taste is good
