After a month I still didn t get the product A day after I purchased the product the price changed and they decided not to send the product I contacted support numerous times Their replies were contradictory late or didn t reply at all I now don t have any other option but to cancel the order and purchase the product again at higher price

Very bad materials that are tearing apart after first use They say that are using sustainable materials to manufacture them but instead it is a joke After wearing once the material it is just tearing apart bit by bit I had already ordered twice but I never ever want to repeat that experience

First experience with Aboutyou at and a really bad one Order number ayat-200-206222445 arrived dirty and damaged-already been worn Assuming no one checked this product when it was returned first time Now when creating a return I cannot mark the reason of my return anywhere And another con I cannot exchange it for the same product only buy again when the price already went up Very bad service

Awful experience

Awful experience I still think its a scam I ordered 2 products they gave me a track no which was invalid After 15 days I contacted the support that told me to wait After a total of 20 days I received an email saying that the order could not make it to its destination and sent it back For the record the order never got sent from them the courier had no product to said They just made a silly lie Unbelievable

Do not trust this Company Stol ikke p AboutYou They do NOT refund your money I have tired to get my money back for a cancelled order I got confirmation of the order cancellation however aboutyou do not return the money The excuses are as below - our systems are down so we so not know when we can return the money after 4 weeks - our finance department will investigate - we need your order and payment information again provided already 4-5 times

Literally the worst company i ever met Their package was sent back to them because DHL did not find the address and after 60 days they still tells me to wait for more than 30 days to get a refund What is more their customer support answering only to 1 out 3 of my emails during a week Get away from this garbage shop as soon as possible
