Very very slow preparation and shipping of orders

All links to cancel newletters are brokken malfunctioning hmmmm

UPDATE I originally put 1 star because of a bad experience I received a 25 discount code as an apology and my next order came ok in 1 week so I am changing it to 3 stars I ordered 4 pairs of sneakers from your Slovak website aboutyou sk all of them where in stock when I placed and paid order After 2 weeks with no contact I wrote to customer support who just replied that things take more time during corona crisis I thought ok Finally after 2 more weeks I received email that my order was shipped After a couple of more days I received an email where it was stated that one or more items from my order will not be delivered either because they are no longer in stock or there is a mistake with my address I doublechecked address so that was not the issue and I received an email that items were shipped so I thought how come I called customer support who told me that all of my sneakers are undeliverable but they do not know why probably because they are out of stock I would understand if some item was out of stock and there was a mistake but all 4 of them And also swift communication would be appreciated but it took 1 month to receive this info

The rating is average between 1 for customer service 4 for the platform and 5 for the items I made 3 orders in total because of the poor support First I made an order through my phone but no confirmation received So I checked with the customer service if it is indeed placed because I assumed that I entered my email wrongly They told me that it is impossible to have order without registration on the site which is obviously not the true because I received the order Ok I registered account made order received confirmation email but order was not visible in my account As I didn t want to argue again with the customer service placed another order Finally I received all 3 orders One of them is without registration On desktop device I see 1 order in my account but on mobile device I see 2 Anyway I returned two of the orders - these that I see in my account on mobile device because I could not imagine what will happen if I return an order that is not linked to an account I hope I will receive my money back It is not the best first time user experience I guess

I ve orderer a pair of Nike that i saw them in relaity at Intersport From About Youb they came pretty different look cheeper Probably fake Did not matches their photo I can provide more details

I found it insane that the size of the item can not be changed I ordered a dress with 50 sale it does not fit Customer service told me to buy a new one for full price And send back the other one Hahahah are you real

I will not order here again Because i ordered two nike sneaker pairs And i didn t recive the original box of the sneakers this made my think they are fake If you answear tell my why you don t send the original box of the sneakers

Why would you claim to be selling an original brand but send the items in a simple white cardboard box Fake maybe Just bought a pair of Dr Martens Jadon for my girlfriend which are not cheap and came in a simple white box not in a brand original box Very curious about that

I bought a pair of trousers They have fabrication defects looks like their business model is to sell damaged items and hope the receiverwill not bother to return They are wearable so I will not return them it took like 2 weeks to get them don t want to know how much it would take to get a refund UPDATE After a new order I m changing my initial review to decent It s likely the defect from the first order was just a radom accident Overall I would say I m satisfied by my interaction with aboutyou

Hi Folks Returning wrong fitting size ladies fashion skirts Extremely small sizes medium ordered I wishto return and glad to have the return label good system I used another online Clothing Company and order Medium size again this time too big Not sure what size I am just be mindful of very small medium size when you order from this company but quite nice quality and reasonable good stitching on fabrics
