Great shed up in no time Delivery time was far to long

The shed is good but there was an initial problem with it being assembled The delivery guys refused to put it up claiming the base we had laid down was not big enough and the shed would be unstable They left the shed in my garden unassembled but with no means for us to assemble it ourselves It was Friday late afternoon when this happened and I can t see they would have had it up before dark which may be why they were so reluctant to try We sent photos as proof that our base was suitable and on the Monday we were told someone would come and put it up It had rained almost non-stop in the meantime and the shed was completely wet and has only recently dried out after a month The new delivery men were excellent They did a good job at assembling it and made some vents in an attempt to help get rid of the damp Overall I wouldn t recommend this company as our experience was quite stressful and communication could have been better If you get the right delivery people you should have a good experience and a good shed for the price We were unlucky

I purchased a sale shed online which did state delivery only I then received an email from Ace sheds clearly stating they would deliver and install the shed on the 31st May 2019 I tried ringing to clarify but it constantly goes to answer machine The shed arrives with only one man the shed is 12x5 there is no way he could carry it ace shed had asked for an extra pair of hands but it took three men to carry it in It gets left blocking entry to my utility room and they have intention of honouring the installation offered I then find we have no instructions to put the shed up I ring and ring then email and as of 6th June have only just received a reply but still no instructions or installation The product it self for the price is ok a small flaw which will have to be filled to make it water tight and we were a bracket short Customer service is not great and don t expect to get any swift response to a query or anyone to answer the phone Overall rather disappointed

shed good quality but window ledge was not fixed properly had to fix my self workers left alot of saw dust around over all nice shed

Excellent quality but assembly looked rushed A nail was left bent protruding in the floor the guttering was wrongly directed leaks the door catch at the top does not close at all

Unfortunately our base laid wasn t as hoped but the team who came to install left the shed unprotected from the elements and heard them congratulate themselves on a half day when they were leaving Shed looks in good order but offered no solution to help with the base except for us to sort and then another second trip chargeable to come and install again Wouldn t say that social distancing was 100 either as there was no distancing by the team and in the current circumstance and had to sign my signature on a device that many others would have touched Need to up your Covid H S training for your teams This non being built by Ace Sheds and having to do ourselves then left any guarantee null and void which is a shame

Shed was exactly what we wanted but the delivery and build service was appalling Ended up getting angry and assertive in order to get them to build it All prepped as advised but they seemed intent on avoiding the work

Your installation was excellent but you still owe us a cheque for the difference in cost for the ist choice selection and the lower cost for the shed that was finally chosen Please reimburse us withou delay Thank youJill Westley

The leading door was put on the wrong side despite us telling the fitter beforehand which side we wanted it The bolt didn t fit into the latch without forcing it which I couldn t do my husband had to adjust it and it still is not perfect

Fantastic service everything went according to plan The shed builder worked alone and was very accommodating and helpful with aftercare chatty but got the job done efficiently 10 10 all round from me
