Poor finishing on the edges

Poor finishing on the edges looks like it s all made from very fresh wood as shrinkage appears just after one week from installation Luck of communication no one answers emails

Men that brought and built the shed were very professional and friendly and would recommend to have she d built as so much easier and less stressful from beginning to end everything went smith including ordering and delevery would recommend ace sheds

Excellent shed and installation carried out faultlessly but to contact them with a query 4 times after installation over several weeks and no response Cannot answer the phone either Poor customer service Fuming

Pre- delivery service good shed good but bits missing

Pre- delivery service good helpful polite and efficient installers shed quality good but shed arrived with 3 bits missing I was told I would be contacted to arrange for them to be added but a week later nothing Maybe you could get in touch to let me know when they will be brought and fitted since I paid in full in advance

Great delivery and assemble guys

Great delivery and assemble guys but one piece of wood was badly damaged and when I contacted the company they didn t make any attempt to fix this so for me that s poor

Quality product poor service

Quality of the shed was good and the fitters were really efficient and knowledgable The delivery time was horrendous and throughout the process there was no communication despite multiple attempts to call and email I had no idea even what month the shed would be delivered
