The shed was installed in time on schedule however I have noticed a tear in the wood which is likely to get worse and I am unwilling to lean anything against the wall to avoid any damage I have contacted Ace Sheds via email but not heard anything about how this will be rectified Unable to call as there is just an answerphone Not very happy at this time 7th August - Ace Sheds have since contacted me to resolve the tear in the wood and this has now been completely resolved Thank you Ace Sheds for contacting me and your customer service

The shed looked lovely in the Ace yard and our initial consultation was friendly On the delivery day however the shed was assembled in a very clumsy way being dropped and split Inside the timber is poorly finished right dawn split ends etc Screws breaching walls and gutters wall sections split or cracked and window battens missing Over the ensuing months we have complained and waited a long time for replies We have been offered repairs however the damage is not repairable and the emails are disingenuous and insulting A discount may have been a fair way of compensating us Obviously we wouldn t use Ace again

Initially great service Nice shed however from day one the roof was leaking That was in February Company arranged to come out didn t show in the morning they were very late I had to work Since lockdown we have constantly chased as still have leaking roof and they don t even respond So yes great to buy from but terrible aftercare when you have a problem Yet they can leave thanks on here but not reply to actual customer issues

We had a shed delivered and installed by ace and within a week we had water seeping from the bottom and had mold growing in one of the beams how can this happen so soon if the wood has been pressure treated we emailed ace shed and they replied saying to wipe the beam with bleach and we should waterproof the shed to stop the water coming in I m shocked that buying a quality shed at 1200 GBP from ace and I m dealing with mold and flooding and Ace Shed don t seem helpful in anyway as saying it s our responsibility to resolve this

Your customers service is just too bad no communication with customers at all email is just not enough Goods worth over 500 measurements should be taken by the professionals and not leaving it to customers who have no clue to the building Rating you 1 star The shed takes ages to get to you with too many delays which should have be prevented if all required measurements was taken by the builders themselves

The product overall I believe to be good but Ace did not reply to my queriesregarding some parts of the installation So communication with after sales has been poor and thus my rating

When the shed was 1st installed I gave Ace good feedback It appeared solid however after a year and a half I discovered issues I raised this in January this year I had a reply with no follow up After 4 months I felt it is important that others are made aware The issue came to light during the winter months when rain water will ingress through the roof On close inspection it transpired that the felt overlaps were not glued using felt adhesive and since the roof is quite shallow with heavy rain this was not water tight or it might be because of poor quality felt however I did include heavy duty roofing felt in my order All previous sheds I ve had installed would use adhesive between the felts and I never had this issue I sent an email reminder beginning of last week but haven t had a reply Last week the window sill fell off The screws appeared to have snapped even though there is no load on the sill I m very disappointed with the quality of the shed and in particular the after sales service

I ordered a shed from Ace Sheds in February knowing delivery would be 12 weeks they delivered and put up the shed on time So you would think that I would give them a 5 star review On closer inspection I noticed where I had ordered 15mm shiplap for an extra 112 as I wanted it to have a stronger shell I had a shed with 12mm shiplap Also the fascia board looks like a bit of gravel board which should go on the bottom of a fence and if your thinking of painting it you will need to replace as it would be a horrible finish Nothing like the pictures on the website So I emailed them to find out why Their reply which I don t think is acceptable They have been waiting for the 15mm shiplap for sometime now and this is probably why I got the 12mm They said they had contacted all customers they didn t contact me and their excuse was I must have slipped through the net So anyone thinking of purchasing or have already purchased a shed from them check you got what you have paid for otherwise they are making a lot of money out of customers who don t check So now I have a shed which is not as I ordered I did ask if I could wait for the 15mm to come in and then replace the one I ve got they didn t reply They had my money for three months and it seems they don t really care So no I wouldn t recommend them their customer service needs to improve

we like the quality of the shed we like that you only bill us when you are ready to deliver but delivery installing was bad we made a new purpose built cement base - but apparently it was not good enough Tom said he could not fit the shed would have to charge us 150 to come back to set it up as we had lost our free fit He arranged a date with us then did not turn up did not let us know he could not come Very poor service We re -booked with him but were uncertain whether he would come On the day we had not heard from him so cancelled in favour of another company to fit the shed which had sat in all that rain in May In further response to Ace sheds follow up below - because it was made clear to me that Tom was to be disciplined for poor service to us working in breach of his companies guide lines I asked Ace sheds to pay for costs which we incurred in having to pay another company to erect our shed who found no fault with our cement base So it was unfair that we lost our free installation through Tom s dishonesty Ace sheds declined any compensation for their employees poor performance I could not now recommend them as a company
