Sturdy and well made

The website was clear and any further questions were answered on the phone Ordering was simple Delivery was completed at the time and date it was supposed to happen 2 lads and a small flatbed truck Polite and knowledgeable They did all the lifting to the back of my garden Worked hard in inclement weather and the shed was installed in 2 to 3 hrs approx The shed and shed base seem to be well constructed and sturdy 2 weeks on and I can t fault the product My only gripe was that it took a while to get a receipt sent to me Otherwise communication was good Very happy with my new shed

The delivery guys George and Tom

The delivery guys George and Tom are an absolute credit to AceSheds Really polite and job very well done Many many thanks to them I had a few niggles with the roof and the faults with regard design of the shed Kent Apex Shed and the lack of thought regarding how the timber roof structure would accommodate the type of roof I opted for Onduline Apex Style and the ring shank nails and their length And I would have opted for the Heavy Duty Felt if I had my time again Lovely shed though and would buy again 4 stars because of the above niggles

Very Good Product

The website is first class The order options are very flexibleThe quality of the construction and the wood used is very goodPricing is reasonableOur only issue was with the delivery schedule which resulted in a one day delay

Delivered on time and expertly installed

My ACE shed was delivered on time and expertly installed by really helpful installers It wasn t exactly as I expected it so more communication about the door and window layout would have been helpful before it arrived but in the end I m very happy with both the shed and it s layout

I love my new shed

I love my new shed Looks high quality and is beautifully built The guys putting it up were really friendly efficient and did a really good job - the only reason I am marking it down by one star is that I wish they had been a bit more careful as many of wooden panels and poles have got dents and chips taken out of them from being bashed After they put the base down make sure its in the right position before they do the rest - I realised belatedly that it was not in the right place and it was too late to move it

Just a couple of niggles

Just a couple of niggles was promised first delivery of the day as we had a funeral to attend ended up 3rd delivery Unable to contact by telephone but they do respond to emails and lastly the lettering on one side of the rubber roof could have been put on the other side so we couldn t see it Very impressed with the build quality and the two lads were excellent building the shed Would definitely recommend

Overall very good

The customer experiance was very good as was the quality of the shed and the installation team My only slight disappointment was the floor had V grooves where the boards met which is not ideal for sweeping up

Reasonable shed but problem with the windows

Everything was good except the vertical column between the two windows of the shed has come off Also the windows locking mechanism need readjusting as they are not fully aligned

Ok experience

Nice shed would have been higher score but the door wasn t trimmed properly so catches really badly on the frame very hard to open They came back an sorted the door issue pretty quickly so all good in the end
