Worst Experience I ve Had Yet
I have been a loyal customer of Acta Sanctorum and have ordered from the very start of their brand launch on Instagram and have been provided with extremely poor customer service on my latest order and still have missing items from my latest order My order was placed on 5th September and it was only by the 11th September that I was notified my order was split into two deliveries The second delivery finally reached me by the 30th September 25 days later and I am still missing two items from my initial order I have tried to contact Acta Sanctorum via 3 different communications - website online chat service email and Instagram but I have had no replies on any platform apart from a tracking number for the second delivery Overall I am very disappointed and am still owed the two missing items or a refund and my money back for the missing items however it is looking increasingly likely that I will get neither of these It s sad as I have been a fan and loyal customer of the brand from the very start and have ordered many times for me and my friends from the website
