The worst possible Company advertising says ship 1 to 2business days and ships 4 days later their answers was if you don t want we can cancel for you they are not a company with good moral character i don t recommend to noone you ask to cancel a late shipping and then only thing you hear was they will block you no respect for customers I never had this terrible experience before

I wish I could score less than 1-star for AdeptPowerSports com they are from Adept more Inept than anything else my order of over 1 000 was noted as backordered so I just asked them to cancel the order and their unprofessional response demonstrated poor customer service at a minimum if not simply being rude ADEPT INEPT CUSTOMER SERVICE Go ahead do the BBB complaint - we d love to embarrass your dumb ass publicly As if anyone including us cares what BBB has to say W F You are confused and do need to get a life You do realize you ordered from us in the past right April 2017 and December 2017 Too bad those will be the last orders with us for you DON T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

What a scumbag company Took an order on a part they didn t have and was back ordered Then wouldn t give me a refund on a part they couldn t get The worst and most p ss poor example of a company I have ever dealt with I wish I had seen the reviews of this trash company before ever engaging in business with them I will never in my life order another part from these dirtbags

Horrible customer service ordered on June 18 they day check back mid next week for an eta I check back they say nothing yet and to check back again mid next week I check back again and they proceed to tell me to stop asking since thats not going to make it come any quicker You tell me twice to check back and when I do they get bothered and I commented on their lack of professionalism I spend close to 1000 and then you canceled my order because me asking you for an eta bothered you Never shopping here again

These guys were unable to process and ship my order within their advertised period After contacting customer services I found them to be the rude unprofessional people that the other reviews on here also reported Don t use these guys they can t fulfill their orders and act like d cks when you contact them about it

Worse customer service I ve ever experienced in my life I normall ever leave reviews but in this case I just I could not believe a company can have such bad service towards customers trying to buy from them Unbelievable the way they treated me UPDATE About a week after this review was posted the guy from Adept Power Sports contacted my credit card company and reported it as a suspicious transaction causing my credit card to be blocked SIMPLY THE WORSE COMPANY IVE EVER SEEN
