I purchased a spark 150cc scooter I had nothing but problems since I purchased it headlight won t work can t keep it running at all power sports do not back up there warranty they won t send you parts if you call them they are rude and horrible customer service once they get your money good luck with this company

We ve experienced nothing but issues from the ATV we bought for Christmas Everything from structural defects bad battery after 2 uses front brakes locked up and throttle issues Would not recommend

Change my mind about ordering from this company

Wow I was going to order a 50cc motor scooter from this company but after reading the customers reviews there s no way I m buying from these people I m going to check out Amazon I have a question though how does a company like this stay in business

DO NOT order from PowersportsMax X-Pro Ordered an X9 125cc and received a 110cc along with some shipping damage PSM s offer to correct their error was a 20 STORE credit and a 125cc sticker STAY AWAY from PowersportsMax X-Pro

The customer service sucks

The customer service sucks They don t answer the phone Zora is extremely rude and unhelpful The bikes are poorly made and arrive poorly assembled The bike cuts off during acceleration bolts are loose and the light on the front of my bike does not fit and isn t secured by anything its merely resting on the forks I am demanding a refund of my purchase as well as contacting the better business bureau The bike that I bought is unsafe being how bolts and handle bars are loose While sitting at an idle in my garage a bolt fell out somewhere from the bike When I call it seems that they ll pick up the phone and hang it up without saying anything often

They dont honor 12 month engine

They dont honor 12 month engine warranty I bought the templar 250cc and from day 1 it was a problem They didn t send all the bolts and nuts to assemble The battery was faulty The bike came with a stretched out clutch and dirty carb that cant be opened The frame is so cheap and flimsy it has snapped in half almost everywhere and the engine seized at 1300 miles They will send you little minor replacements because aftermarket parts is almost non existent for this bike I barely rode the bike and probably never will again as they don t respond anymore

I ordered a 2023 hawk on Amazon received a call last night said red was no longer available wanted to trade for a black one and compensate 20 I want the red one I told the guy so next step is to exercise my Ohio right on Bait and Switch law If I wanted black I would have ordered black I know these are cheap knock off bikes however I am very mechanically inclined and can upgrade

Stay Away from this Company

I ordered a fully assembled ATV-W027 and it arrived with one tire that was a different size than the rest The ATV worked for about an hour and then the engine stopped I flipped up the bike to investigate and the pictured fuel line just fell off making the bike completely inoperable Calls and e-mails to PowerSportsMax have gone unanswered I cannot recommend this ATV or PowerSportsMax I wrote a review on their website but of course it is never displayed only 5-star reviews are shown
