Buying the product great live chat and customer service not so much
I bought Microsoft Office from here and was apprehensive given the scams going around nowadays This certainly was a new way of doing things being used to the old school way of buying where the product key was in the cover or provided by email I bought the product and had a few questions Where they say their live chat is available 24 7 I asked an agent called Emma a series of questions Whilst a few were answered she abruptly ended the session showing she was not interested in answering anything else Yes I may have been annoying but this was new to me and I could have done with the support instead of live chat saying they are closed and unavailable Which company stops trading at 16 19 during a weekday Obviously she knew I bought the product which I found odd because I did not tell her I bought it She knew what I thought too which again I found strange Overall the product and key was faultless and works well My only problem was they marketed office 2021 as office 2024 saying that with the updates it becomes office 2024 which I felt a little cheated by If I had known this I would have bought office 2021 plus which includes Access and publisher which could be useful in the future I was trying to get this point across to the live agent and she shut me off the chat I think if you ask too many questions they block your email from live chat so you always see them as offline

It s a great product for a great price
It s a great product for a great price if you go to Microsoft it costs min EUR 67 per year I had some issues with the installation and after reading some of the Trustpilot reviews here I got very concerned I might have been scammed But no reason to panic I got help right away from Emma via the chat who helped me through the process patiently After uninstalling the old MS Office package correctly and removing the licenses it worked I only give 4 stars because the uninstallation instructions and the link to the removing license package I got from Emma would have been VERY useful in the order confirmation So for everyone who is concerned just ask for help in the chat this is no scam And yeah this is a real review written by a real person

Initial problem was resolved
Edit on 11 06 24Since reading the response from AGM the link they sent has worked and I now have fully functioning Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint Part of original review I ordered the Microsoft Office 2024 package and after payment received an activation key and link to install the 2021 version But even worse the download link doesn t work and the link to chat with customer service doesn t work either

Update They responded within 24 hours via email shop agm-software com and advised me to update the Microsoft app to version 16 86 After following their instructions and reinstalling the validator pack the activation was successful Previous review I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 and followed the provided instructions to download and install it but I encountered a No license found error during activation I reached out to Microsoft through their chat and phone support and despite extensive troubleshooting including uninstalling and reinstalling the software the activation issue remained unresolved Microsoft indicated that AGM Software might be a fraudulent company I attempted to contact AGM Software via email and forwarded the message from Microsoft which confirmed that the product could not be activated and recommended requesting a refund Despite their website s guarantee of a refund if the product cannot be activated AGM Software has refused to issue a refund As a result I have filed a dispute with my credit card company I strongly advise against purchasing anything from AGM Software It would be better to opt for an annual subscription directly with Microsoft
