25 per person from Belfast international to Derry when you don t book online and pay on the bus the journey takes just over an hour it s an absolute disgrace No wonder there s only 7 people on the 22 10 service Priced a taxi at the door and it was 90 meaning x2 couples is cheaper getting a taxi from Belfast international to derry than using this bus service Airporter service use to be expensive also buy at least there was conform and a clean bus unlike the back seat I sat on being dirty with banana skins and water bottles Absolute shambles I d suggest anyone thinking about getting this service to get a taxi around to toomebridge and get the 212 up to Derry which runs every 20 minutes unlike the pathetic attempt of every 2 hours you ve to wait between the aircoach

Worst transport in Ireland Customer service is probably the worst I ve come across not one of them capable of handling a customer conversation on the phone Booked with aircoach over the last few weeks and 3 of the occasions the bus has been over 40 min late The business takes details when booking why can t they send a message when a bus is running late Ridiculous Won t be using again

It s quite slow and the signs are wrong

It s quite slow - it takes nearly an hour to get from Shankill Village to Blackrock a 15m drive The signs in Blackrock also have the wrong route numbers - both outside the Frascati centre and down the road I would only trust them to get me there if I had tonnes of spare time for things to go wrong Otherwise better to get a taxi

Hit Miss

No communications or customer service after standard hours which is not great given how unreliable traffic can be in Ireland Left stranded in Belfast after chasing a bus who refused to board me as I was literally 1 minute late when the bus was stopped it ll be another 5 minutes to move due to traffic Still refused customer service is already off Went to dublin express bus instead driver was lovely and accepted me on spot and even advised a get a cheaper rate

Twice ive booked and paid for this service intending to take bus from Drumcondra to airport on both occassions after waiting more than 40mins and no sign of bus Ive had to take a taxi just making the flight barely DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE Take a regular bus or a taxi

What a rubbish company cancelled our booking from Dublin airport to city centre and only got the email on arrival in Dublin was told we weren t entitled to a refund as we d booked and paid through Ryanair what s the difference we still paid and had to pay for a taxi aswell Customer service is non existent recommended you DON T use this company

Disaster

Honestly a disaster they cancel a trip 4 hours before it starts we had a tickets for 3 48 am so we got an email after 11 pm when we were sleeping You don t expect things like that basically we wasted our time waiting on the bus stop 3 weeks ago the bus didn t show up without any explanation

Bus breaks down poor customer service

On the bus from Londonderry to Belfast International Airport on 11th August There was clearly somthing wrong with the bus as 4h4 smell of coolant was over powering at the rear of the bus Needless to say the bus broke down No communication feom the driver despite asking After 15 minutes we set off again making it 200m before breaking down again Again limited to no riefing feom the driver A replacement bus was coming but no idea when He then advised us to get a taxi to the airport I spoke with aircoach on the 12th asking for a refund along with the difference it cost for the 24 mile taxi journey Needless to say aircoach were reluctant to reimburse Poor service all round

Pre-booked a ticket then informed that it s 1st come first served

I pre-booked a ticket from Aircoach to Dublin Airport days ago Now they emailed me to say that due to technical issues all tickets are first-come first-served and they can t guarantee a seat so pre-booking means nothing at all It s a complete disgrace and they do not care a jot if people miss their flights I will never ever use them again Please avoid at all costs
