Had a hire car from Budget at Knock Airport from 7th -14th June Pick-up process at the desk was quick and easy with all staff very supportive helpful and polite On Friday 9th while driving from Westport to Knock my hire car broke down on the N5 bypass Castlebar I managed to get safely into the emergency lay-by Contacted Budget to make them aware on my situation and rang Suzuki Breakdown at 6 p m my breakdown was classed as Urgent and Priority and was informed I would receive a call from the Breakdown Company I did not receive a call back from them for over 2 hours In the meantime Budget employee at Knock Airport Kevin Jennings was in regular contact he went above and beyond to support me he was working until 8 p m he then took the time after work to bring me a new rental car and ensure my safe onward journey to Knock I was so grateful to Kevin for his support and kindness I will not hesitate booking with Budget Car Rental on future trips to Knock

We arrived from Germany our plane was on time we went straight to the Budget Car Rental desk in terminal 1 we were greeted bye two lovely men one of them was Bart he was great i just gave him my name and he done the rest only Super Service i can say then he gave us an upgrade and the car was on site in the terminal building a beautiful MG automatic i said i might need the car for a longer period he said here is my card e-mail if any problems all was sorted then the car return as the main depot only opens at 5am we asked if we could leave it back to the terminal again no problem bring back your car to terminal 2 budget rent a car lock the car and go to level 3 and leave the key at the budget box only Super thank you Bart and your wonderful budget team at dublin airport Ireland Niall Sonja Mcsharry

The company s staff are cordial and very helpful The car we hired was up to the standards I was expecting the only fault was one of the two baby seats I hired was broken and held together with sellotape If we would have been involved in a car accident the baby would not have survived Apart from that I have a good opinion of the company

Staff at Cork Airport are always welcoming and helpful Hire the cheapest car available as need to visit elderly parents more frequently so not necessarily the best quality car but it suits my needs and great value for money
