Express parking at Birmingham Airport This is my second time after using all of the alternatives The convenience of the parking just 5 minutes from the terminal The regular buses a few feet from my car assistance with cases as also helping my disabled wife onto the bus All of the staff very friendly The best price offered of all the possibles Get in the car on return out on the motorway within 6 mins What is there not to like Very happy with it all including the trace your bus on the app Well done Airparks

Good value and efficient service

We booked with Airparks Drop and Go service because it was unbelievably cheap and we were very pleasantly surprised by the service we received Check in was quite simple - though I was pleased to see an actual human being who explained what to do and where to go The bus arrived within 10 minutes and was comfortable clean and seemed almost new Collecting the car after our trip was simple- although one lady had problems with the fully automated system initially I didn t notice if there was an operative elsewhere on site to help out but presume there was

Easy to book and pay

Easy to book and pay clear instructions for arrival and departure and car had travelled only 6 miles round trip so was held very close by Polite staff good all round service would use again

Perfect Parking

The car park is located in an ideal place and was very easy to locate The shuttle bus to the airport is very frequent and on return the bus driver realised there were alot of people to take back and it was freezing so he radioed for another bus to come and collect more people The drivers we met were both friendly and helpful assisting people on and off the bus with their luggage

Easy to book online and the airport

Easy to book online and the airport transfer only takes a few minutes Helpful staff even more so on our return when the car would not start due to flat battery Outside temperature close to zero but the guys allowed us shelter in the warm office even offering to make a cup of tea whilst we awaited recovery service Definitely use the service again

Superb service

I have used Newcastle Airport Meet And Greet many times and as a solo traveller it is so helpful to me I no longer have to trail around the car park trying to find my car it s always readily available close by the staff are extremely polite and incredibly efficient I cannot fault one iota of your service I wouldn t use any other parking method wish you would do a discount for returning clients

Flawless process all around

Just in one words flawless I m very satisfied with pricing flexibility provided thru the app I had to change reg plate in the last minute and I did via their app in second with no hassle at all

Aberdeen Airport

Aberdeen Airport We arrived early but there was no issue A short mostly covered walk to the terminal building Our return flight was delayed by over 4 hours but we had nothing to pay We did take out Late return cover and thankfully I didn t have to deal with the airline to claim any money back A good experience
