Fairly straight-forward parking and shuttling

The car park is easily accessible from the road network provided you look out for the Premier Inn rather than use the postcode Buses were there to take us to and from the airport terminal However some of the parking surface is dust and gravel rather tarmac so as others have reviewed could turn muddy in bad weather

Written directions need to be updated

Written directions need to be updated the roundabouts after you come off the m6 have changed with roadworks Once we were in the car park clear directions where to park last was very helpful would recommend paying the 1 99 overstay insurance so glad we did as we were delayed a day coming home was such a relief when we checked at the kiosk and were told there was nothing outstanding car was in same condition as when we left it so very safe car park was someone patrolling the car park when we waited for the bus very happy

As usual straightforward service

As usual straightforward service - ease of booking- ease of registration recognition at entry barrier - ease of pick up point by shuttle driver - no waiting time for bus Only issue for Edinburgh is that drop off pick up bus stance has changed from 3 to 10 which involves a long walk Stance 3 was previously at the departures door which was part of the attraction of Secure Airparks might impact future bookings

Very fast check-in and instructions

Very fast check-in and instructions where to park the car Great that the staff actually come out to meet you in your car Used to have to go into the office which could take a while waiting for other customers to be check-in Only problem is not all drivers ensure that they park excactly by the higher kerb or lower the ramp bus for people with mobility problems to get on or off Otherwise very good service

Hassle free experience

Booked Airparks in Luton for a recent holiday Drop off was very easy with lanes near the entrance being used to quickly drop your car then head inside to a little building to give the staff your key and reg The shuttle bus to the airport arrived within minutes and got us there in about 10-15 minutes right outside the entrance On our return journey the shuttle bus was easy to find fast and efficient When we arrived back at the car park there was another building where an automated service allows you to scan your barcode collect your key from a little locker and gives you details on where your car has been parked

Reliable

I always use this service due to the shuttle service which is excellent ANPR at the entry and exit is also excellent However finding a parking spot is like panning for gold a long and laborious process C est la vie with most things at Airports these days

Very good but

simple to find Very helpful man at the gate No paperwork to do Very fast and efficient But The place could do to be tarred or concreted Signs should be posted indicating the walking route to the airport you should consider charging extra for large vehicles like Chelsea tractors and providing specific parking areas for them They are too big for the normal spaces and an inconvenience to everyone else

Affordable accessible aim for Airpark s

This was almost a last minute stop over as we had difficulty finding trains times to the airport that were reasonable Parking the car having an evening meal followed by a very comfortable nights sleep prior to our flight was provided for our Airparks stay No frills clean and comfortable was our experience and we ll clearly use Airparks again if our circumstances dictates that we do

Surprisingly straightforward to find

Surprisingly straightforward to find Despite being busy found a convenient parking spot Worried about relocating the car so took some pics which worked a treat Ridiculously late return flight but didn t have to wait long for a bus found the car easily not so the exit as my sat nav took a funny turn Definitely recommend to others

Good option for parking at Luton

Check-in procedure was simple and it was useful to have a member of staff on hand to assist Shuttle transfer was efficient in both directions with minimal wait times for the bus Key retrieval was straightforward The only problem was that when we got back to the car the headlights had been left on by whoever had parked it and the battery had gone flat However a helpful attendant with a portable mega-battery got us restarted again although it sounded as though this problem was more frequent than it should be Despite this setback we d be happy use the service again
