First time I ve ever used the Meet and Greet service and very impressed Fantastic system of collecting your keys which meant no more than a matter of minutes from the collection of your keys to putting the cases in the vehicle Very impressive and will use again

When we arrived helped out with our cases as the bus was due to leave As the bus drove away I realised my mobile phone was still in the car with all the flight details on the driver stopped and I ran across the car park and picked up my phone The return was good scanned the code collected my car and drove home

At Liverpool Airport the car park is so close and every time we have flown from there we have found spaces close to the car park entrance There has never been a problem arriving or departing the electronic recognition system works perfectly

Everything went smoothly Enjoyed the fact that car registration was recognised so that paperwork didn t have to be sorted Found a parking space although car park was pretty full We didn t have to wait long for shuttle bus either All in all a good experience Also directions to car park were clear

Very simple service Transfer busses were regular and on time Busses were clean and tidy and drivers were always keen to help

Have used them many time very straightforward system although I would query their discounted price Ticket from machine at barrier entry and car parked within easy walking distance of terminal Registration recognised at exit barrier and away no issues Would definitely use again if competitive on price
