Young cow boys

Got to the airport car park they needed the vehicle to be unloaded but there wasn t any trollies the guy told me to look around the car park to find some trollies but I had to go 1 floor down in the airport to pick a trolly up for all my luggage s Then on my way back to pick the vehicle up I could see my fuel gauge was in reserve and my driving mode had been changed in my vehicle from eco efficient to sports mode which I wasn t happy about

It says the bus coming every 10 minutes i was waiting for 55 minutes

The shuttle transport is too small to accommodate the number of customers that are waiting

The shuttle transport is too small for the number of passengers that are waiting More assistance should be available from the drivers when loading and unloading the baggage There are people who need more assistance than others On our return trip from Faro we and other customers waited outside in the cold for over 40 minutes for the transport to arrive Unless we called in there was no update from the supplier on ETA Text or WhatsApp should be a consideration as part of your service I understand delays occur but communication could improve

Drop off was nice and simlle

Drop off was nice and simlle easy to find and easy to park We had to wait about 15 minutes for a shuttle to then take us to the airport which was OK When we returned there were quite a few people waiting to be picked up I don t feel like they supplied enough people carriers because we had to wait about 40 minutes to be collected and taken back to the car park Having said this the staff were polite and helped where possible I would use this service again

Easy to park here and shuttle was ok Do use the boot for luggage as there is not much spare room inside Do note your vehicle location as they do not record it despite what it says You need to remember your bus stop too

All good until you got the car back

All good until you got the car back the key was removed from the safe pocket that protects it from being copied and personal items were touched without need to be touched didn t bother the driver

Always normally really good but this time had to wait 45 minutes for the now half size bus to come along can only get a small number of people on so was later than we wanted getting to the airport I will use again as price ok at moment

You get what you pay for

The postcode provided took us no where near the parking area Upon finally arriving stressed and running late there wasn t enough space for luggage on the shuttle bus so had to wait for the next bus This also happened on the way home Seats left on mini bus but not enough space to take luggage The transfer was quick both ways but they need bigger buses I can only imagine what the height of season would be like we traveled in October Having said that you get what you pay for and this was the cheapest option

Unwanted stress

Booked well in advance however when we got there they did not have our booking prepped and so caused some unneeded stress and extra wait time while we stood to the side so they could see to the rest of the queue Also not very friendly on the day we dropped the car off

All was good with our arrival

All was good with our arrival although parking spaces are very tight car park was very busy We was met by a nice guy handed our keys over given a form with phone number on to call once we arrived back after our holiday nice easy straight forward Although like I mentioned very tight to get out of vehicles We parked 2 vehicles both was nice clean when we arrived back to them which was easy enough called the number was told what floor to go to how to get there All was good on arrival we had a Quick Look around our vehicles but I will advice make sure you check your vehicle properly as it wasn t until the next day we in day light noticed a not so nice scratch down side of 1 of our vehicles I wouldn t use this service again
