Really love the 5 30am sessions with Andy While it is VERY early it s a great time because the family are asleep and much easier to wake up knowing I m expected at the class rather than trying to drag myself to the gym solo The sessions are always motivational and a great start to the day Andy is always happy to help if you re struggling with motivation too

I have been really enjoying the early morning bootcamp with Andy for the last 4 months every session is different and is great for toning all areas of the body Ive lost weight feel fitter and more motivated and most important enjoy the workout so keep going

I started attending Folkestone boot camps about 8 months ago and honestly didn t see myself continuing especially through these dark cold and wet mornings Andy is such a supportive and knowledgable PT who is always on hand with support whenever needed The group are so friendly which also makes getting up at 5am much easier I am a busy mum of two young children and work full time This is my time for myself without feeling any guilt as my kids are usually fast asleep and I can return set up for the day feeling good about myself Fully recommend these classes and Andy as an amazing PT

I started Andy s Bootcamp classes in January 2022 I had a free week trial and despite the early mornings which are now a habit I have just completed his 6 week programme I have lost 9lbs and I feel energised after the class The Bootcamp members are really friendly and supportive Andy has the right balance of motivation enthusiasm and pushing you to achieve one more squat I highly recommend Andy and his classes

Great workout for all capabilities and fitness levels and a sea view
Having recently finished maternity leave I wanted to get back into fitness and saw Andy in Facebook and connected He was quick to get in touch and set up a call Straightaway when we talked he showed how passionate about fitness and training people he is It is wonderful to get out of a gym and exercise outside the spot is not exposed The workouts are great ways paced as suits you and there is such a lovely group of people all supporting each other So pleased I found Andy s classes

Andy is a great instructor His sessions are well planned out you don t feel overwhelmed or pressured He is great at motivating and educating us on other aspects of our goals I lost 4kgs in 6 weeks through continued attendance and following his advice on lifestyle changes Give the free week a go and like myself and many others you will be glad you did

Joined the six week boot camp and lost nearly half a stone - and it s staying off Andy is an inspiration and he knows his stuff nutrition physiology and how to empower people to let go of unhealthy habits and create new healthier ones Highly recommend it s a lot of fun and sets you up for the day

Great trainer for kick starting your exercise routine I very quickly noticed changes to my agility strength and motivation Andy is a friendly encouraging coach with a very disciplined but fun approach I enjoy the variety of exercises and love seeing my stamina grow and grow Thanks for all of the encouragement Andy

If your reading this review then you ve already taken a serious look at your lifestyle I did the same thing about a year ago and I didn t take the plunge instead I spent another year of my life trying to think of all the other ways to get healthier slimmer and happier and surprise surprise nothing changed Well on the 10th of August I decided to take up the great offer of a week s free training to see how I got on I loved it and straight away I signed up for the six week boot camp I m now 3 weeks into bootcamp and I already feel more energised more enthusiastic about the day ahead and I m 7lbs lighter already Andy has a wealth of knowledge and is passionate about helping people improve their fitness and over-all well-being You have nothing to lose and everything to gain
