I started this journey a few months ago when I first started I didn t realise how unfit I was My mental health wasn t great either I found Andy through Facebook and noticed he done a Saturday morning bootcamp session and I said to myself I had to do this I turned up to my first session quite anxious but Andy put me at ease straight away He worked me hard but was very encouraging he pushed me to my limit which I am so great for because if he didn t I wouldn t be where I am nowI am so much fitter and my mental health has improved dramatically Thanks Andy

Andy has been a great personal trainer for me We do 2 sessions of HIIT a week and he s alway really attentive to my progress adjusting and calibrating the sessions to ensure I m always getting the greatest benefit even at times when I m feeling below par On top of that he s a really nice friendly guy and each session is very enjoyable even when he s exhausted me Highly recommended

I go to Andy s bootcamp on Saturday morning s It s only 5 a session and it s a friendly mixed ability group Andy varies the workouts each week and the locations Andy is able to adjust the workout to suit different levels and he makes it fun for all I would recommend Andy s bootcamp to anyone wanting to keep fit and who enjoys exercise outside

I ve been training with Andy for twelve
I ve been training with Andy for twelve weeks now twice a week and already have lost a little lockdown weight and feel fitter and stronger I have a lapsed running background and Andy challenges me but is also very patient and knowledgeable of any old ankle or back injuries working around them to still accomplish my goals without further injury or discomfort Lovely guy to chat to while working out and the sunrises are often stunning and really set you up for the day if not the whole week

I can t recommend Andy King enough as a fitness instructor Look no further if you re looking for someone who motivates you As someone who struggles with those dark early mornings I can confidently say that Andy makes it all worthwhile Since I joined his classes I felt welcomed and encouraged His positive energy demonstrates his passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals He delivers dynamic workouts and creates an enjoyable atmosphere that makes you look forward to getting out of bed even when it s still dark outside Since I began training with Andy I ve noticed such a significant difference in my overall well-being My energy levels have increased making my days much more productive I also sleep better at night and am thrilled to see my body becoming more toned Each session leaves me feeling accomplished and ready to tackle whatever the day throws at me If you re considering joining Andy s classes trust me it s one of the best decisions you can make for your health and fitness journey

I attend Andy s Bootcamp each Saturday morning at 830am It s a great way to start the weekend with a variety of cardio strength training to suit all abilities Andy is very professional makes us feel very welcome and will always do modifications as needed Would throughly recommend and come rain or shine always feel better after the class
