I m afraid this product looked and smelled disgusting I know it s meant to be a superfood for dogs but mine would not go near it sorry

Every delivery the raw food was thawed

Every delivery the raw food was thawed i will not longer be using your company for my dog food My recommendation is to use a van which is meant for frozen produce not a standard box van which is just for parcels

Disappointing customer service

My order was - for the second time - lost by the courier Only being told this when I contacted then looking to find out where my order was Not customer service at all Has really put me off ordering direct in the future

Normally the custom is good however I ordered before Christmas with no delivery and no explaination as to why I was told I could get a refund or wait and it would be resent on 30th December I was happy to wait as I trusted it would be sent however after requesting it to be resent I have been told they now can t until 4th January and can t issue a refund This is not good enough - I am really surprised by this as normally the customer service is very good and it seems something has drastically changed and a once very nice customer service person has turned very unhelpful I won t be using this company again

I haven t yet received my order I m worried because I haven t heard from a driver I live in the fields Regular drivers leave in a safe space AFTER telling me it s there because it s frozen Please track this for me TODAY OR we will have Defrosted meat Please help

I ordered frozen green tripe for my let me down

I ordered frozen green tripe for my dog Paid for it and got an email 3 days later saying that my order was cancelled and they were refunding my money due to being unable to deliver to my area north east England not outer Hebrides Why could they not have said this at time of ordering They did refund my money in full but I then had to find another supplier and re order Not helpful I ordered from nature s menu who delivered in a 1 hour time slot in an insulated box I ll be using them again Sorry Albion but you weren t any good for me

Ordered online everything went through

Ordered online everything went through ok only to be emailed following day to be told don t deliver by courier to my postcode Refund given but waste of my time Will stay with current supplier who courier delivers from Norfolk

The Driver delivered to the wrong house

Yes unfortunately the Driver delivered my dog food order to the wrong house on the wrong road the only bit he got right was that he got the correct village very disappointing this is the first time it has happened Spoke to the company and the driver has had a talking too I hope this doesn t happen again

First problem

First problem - it arrived 3 Days late Second problem - it was delivered to my house when specific instructions were to a different address all paperwork stated Delivery Address but boxes had my address And third it s always takes 2 weeks to deliver from ordering Food itself is good but won t be using again Sorry

Disgruntled I have used this company sometime

I have used this company sometime previously with no complaints but this time I found the service lacking Firstly I was given a delivery time of 7 30 to 8 30 am I changed plans to be in at 9 30 i recieved a text to say they will deliver between 1pm and 2pm At this point after already changing plans i am due to be out and return at 1 30 So i text the number i recieved the messege from to say I will not be in until 1 30 but received no reply So I tried to return home by 1pm i then later receive a text to say they will deliver by 12 03 By 12 15 they have delivered with no one in to receive the goods 5 boxes were left on my door step in the sun in full view of anybody passing of which they gave me a lovely photo I return at 1pm to find the top box of freeflow chicken and tripe all but defrosted I have tried to accommodate their timings but i need consistency This lack of service which you have to pay for as delivery is not free is not possible to recommend
