It wasnt fully frozen when it arrived this time Now frozen it is quite clumpy and as my dogs will only eat it frozen it doesn t always break up

I know that Albion Meat are experiencing problems at the moment My latest order was a disaster I couldn t get the free-flow mince that I usually order In fact it was difficult to find much that was suitable for my dog I have received the full order now but the blocks of mince more like a sausage meat consistency are more difficult to portion out The mackerel are okay but I cannot serve them raw to her - that s a step too far as I m a vegetarian She s not keen on the liver on its own and when I gave her the chicken s necks she looked at me as though I was mad Come back free-flow mince - all is forgiven I should say though that the staff have done everything they can to fulfil orders The drivers have had to make extra deliveries to fulfil orders as products become available and Izzy and I are very grateful

There was no knock at the door no doorbell rung I was in and answered the door earlier to a friend At 12am I looked in the garage and the food was there Thankfully I got it in the freezer before it defrosted

As always a great product but communication was not good Failed to notify change of delivery despite being told that nothing would change due to bank holidays Could have been a disaster and resulting on the loss of the frozen food if I hadn t called them Not impressed

We have been loyal customers and spend a lot of money on our dogs and cats Albion has moved from Pershore to Bidford This means we have to pay for delivery Given the amount we order this should be free
