Use thicker plastic bags to get a 5 star rating

My dog absolutely loves the meat - but I hate the way blood leaks through the thin plastic bags as soon as they defrost Please please please improve your substandard packaging Not only does it leave a mess It s also smelly

Our hounds are always delighted with their Albion evening meal Great product and reasonably priced Only one minor issue the initial delivery was short and had to ask the driver to check but all sorted

The product is good And the delivery arrived exactly the time they said however I think the 10 pounds delivery charge is excessive they now say I requested them urgently and that s why delivery was expensive I did NOT request them urgently

Great service

Easy ordering process excellent service and delivery We have two dogs both on a raw diet one of which will eat almost anything and the other who is a fussy little madam We had mixed results with Albion some flavours she loved others she picked at so we will need to be selective on any future orders

Great products

Great products my dog loves the food Just sorry that due to Covid19 my delivery was left in my doorstep in the sun as unexpectedly the driver was early and I wasn t in Got back 20 mins after he had been but 20 mins before he was due if you see what I mean Would use Albion again

Premium product review

Premium products are of a great standard All of our rottweilers love the food and not an upset stomach in sight We tried your products because meat from our old supplier made all of our dogs sick The whole sardines and mackerels are loved by our dogs The only down side - there were 6 missing packets of tripe However the delivery man was very apologetic and the food arrived the following week The driver was also very friendly which adds to the purchasing experience I ll definitely be ordering my next batch of food from Albion Meat Products

The product is great for my Dogue de Bordeaux his irritated skin is clearing up he s looking super healthy It s just the unopened packets leak the meat liquid when they re defrosted - so make sure they re on a plate or in a container If that was looked at it would 100 be 5 stars
