Unreliable delivery date
Rearranged all my commitments to take the delivery as the product needs to be kept frozen and it didn t arrive on the specified date When it did arrive it was delivered by Royal Mail in a standard non-frozen van When I contacted the company they said it was because of the hot weather on that date which I just don t believe If they are so reliant on the weather to ship their products I m surprised they are still in business Certainly I can t keep changing my working life to accommodate the weather or deliveries so unfortunately I won t be ordering from here again
