I purchased a chocolate machine melter and it works great I got the chocolate melter that had the three containers so I could melt several different types of chocolate at any given time This machine held the temperature great at the perfect temperature at all times My chocolates were tempered perfectly using this machine

Works great makes delicious waffle dogs in minutes only feedback would be maybe the timer it s a bit of a learning curve figuring out how long the hot dogs need to cook but other than that it is exactly what we were looking for
