SCAMMED OUT OF 1600 This is the 3rd time I ve ordered with these guys I am absolutely disgusted by their customer service and professionalism They have absolutely zero accountability I have proof of ongoing emails and every order I made They kept making excuses for everything and wouldn t agree to my refund or compensation Natalie is who I was dealing with via back and fourth emails SCAM The reason I ordered more than one occasion is because each time they promised that they no longer do business the old way and machinery has been upgraded to the best All lies

I bought juicer but they sent damaged missing parts non functionalPiece After multiple emails no one is taking action Big scammers Waste of time and money

I ordered a donut machine and it didn t not work properly So I sent part of machine to the company and haven t received any updates Called and left messages No returned calls I have sent multiple emails and all I get back are computer generated responses that have zero information about my machine

The worse purchase I ve ever made They are a scam they don t want to give me my refund I bought a panini grill with two sides from their website to be shipped to Canada at 812 They said free shipping but at my surprise I got 233 from FedEx to pay this shipping I had the hundle broken and they offered 10 discount to keep it 66 I was in an urgent need for my work so I accepted When I tried it I couldn t use both sides simultaneously The electricity dropped in each time I tried it at my house and at my work it was the same issue Since I was in my warranty period 90 days they mention I sent them an email explaining the problem and they accepted my return I paid the return at more than 200 by myself because they said they can t provide a return label from Canada to the US After they received it they said the machine was used they can t give me my total refund I explained that I didn t use it I only tried it but still the same response When I asked how much refund I will get and when they skip the question and don t answer me More than one month and I m still waiting No solution found and no refund I m stuck with different bills I called them many times they just took a msg but no one calls back More than 1200 spent and no one cares I definitely don t recommend

Get as far away from this company as possible Look into a different company If you have an expendable amount of funds to spend you can afford to take the gamble I ordered a machine it was sent broken damaged and missing pieces After looking at it further it was used I ordered a new machine After trying to call you get an answering service where you leave a message You never receive a call in return I sent emails and submitted a warranty claim Your responses come at 2 am All of which are candid responses Worst experience ever Try to find an American company if you can

Terrible Warranty Purchased Commerical Grade Egg Waffle Machine for less than a year and it already doesn t work The issue is electrical and they refuse to offer any replacement We ve purchased the same machine from other manufacturers and they work much better We do not recommend this brand at all

Horrible company Purchased 2 bubble waffle maker and the handles wouldn t screw in The company responded by demanding pictures which were sent They were also very slow to respond We eventually just forced the screw in The bolt threads seems to be defective on the upper part of the waffle maker Bottom handles would screw in fine but both upper did not 2-3 weeks go by and our left waffle maker decided to stop heating They asked for photos and details which were provided the same day Now they want me to take the machine apart and send them more photos This is a huge waste of time They don t carry the products and are drop shipping from alibaba Which explains why they cannot perform research on their own products

Bad customer service Bad products that only last 2 months after light use They do not stand behind their products and they don t even carry them in stock They are a drop shipper most likely

Ordered a waffle maker which was defective I returned the waffle maker within 10 days at my expense asking for a refund They received the product over 10 days ago I cannot reach anyone on the phone and have emailed numerous times They answered my email telling me to return the product and they would issue a refund They have the equipment Still can t get them to issue a refund Terrible customer service
