We have a couple of the one pan chocolate melters We found they work great at each chocolate station we work at to have the tempered chocolate You need to work with the Manuel dial to get the temperature set But we mark it on the dial and it s set each time we use it We also had used it in making different fondues in each pan letting guests try variety of flavors I would recommend this product as it does what it advertises
