Overpriced service Unclear Terms

I was looking for a parking spot at the Charleroi airport in Belgium and had a very negative experience with Allopark 1 Higher Prices It s frustrating to discover that the prices on Allopark were higher than what you could have obtained directly from the parking facility This suggests a lack of transparency or possibly hidden fees Unclear Cancellation Policy A clear and straightforward cancellation policy is crucial for any service especially one involving reservations I found Allopark s cancellation policy to be unclear I felt trapped and misled Terms and Conditions Being asked to accept terms and conditions without being able to read them is a significant concern Customers should have the opportunity to review and understand the terms they are agreeing to before making a booking Lack of Flexibility Finding a better price on another website and not being able to cancel or adjust your booking on Allopark is a serious limitation A good parking service should offer flexibility to accommodate changing customer needs Finally I was not able to cancel my reservation and paid 15 more than if I had booked directly from the parking service NOT RECOMMENDED

I booked Best Parking Fly which was supposed to be a couple of min drive from the airport I chose this option exactly because i had a flight departing at 0705 and did not want to waste time for parking Then i received the confirmation where instead it appeared that the parking location was actually farther than initially presented The day of departure when i was about to start driving at 0345 i saw a sms indicating that the parking was full and i had to drive to another location which was much farther than my initial booking I called the parking to ensure the address on sms was correct plus to ensure i was finding someone at my arrival at 0500 Then I planned my GPS and at 0450 I arrived to the place only to find NO garage I don t know what it was wrong but the address they gave me led me to the middle of nowhere in a street where there were only countryside houses At that time obviously there was NOBODY to even ask information I called again and they repeated the address was correct I tried with my mobile as well and again with the GPS I drive an Audi A5 - the GPS should be reliable i could not find their garage After having wasted more than 20 min and several calls they told me to go to the initial address also that one was difficult to find Anyway i finally arrived and the guy after some wasting time with the handling of the key brought me to the airport driving like mad He told that he would drive me to the upper parking - however he charged me 10 EURO MORE for doing so I was so STRESSED that I paid despite knowing that this was absolutely unprofessional and not required the upper parking costs 2 eur I delayed 50 min and managed to yet get on my flight only because some kind people let me cut the enormous queue that there was at the airport both for drop-off and security Although the person at the phone was trying to help me and the return pick up went reasonably well I would NEVER book this parking again neither I would recommend it

it is just a scam

it is just a scam my refound is marked as processed but money were not send I tried to call and the number does not exist

I booked and made a timeslot Upon arrival 15 minutes before I tried to call the number on the gate but the call for rejected I called the number on my booking form that I had to print out but the tape said nobody was available and I tied calling Allopark themselves but they never responded I was only met with an angry woman who lived at the house only wanted to talk French and said I just had to call the number on the gate After fruitless calls and precious time waiting nobody ever arrived We waited for 20 minutes past booking time and then had to leave and had to park expensively at the airport itself We almost missed our flight because of this nonsens I m very unhappy because I m out the money I had to pay to book but also had to pay for much more expensive parking It was an absolute scam Edit I send an email to info email adress of allopark with bookingdata a lot of call history to all the numbers we tried to call and a receit of the 97 euro parking fees at Charloit airport themselves we had to pay on top of the 42 euro we were already out for the allopark reservation

Worst service ever we call them at 12 00 from the airport to come to pick us up at 13 48 was the time when we finally arrived to their parking just to illustrate what kind of service this company provides Save your money and your time and don t trust their service
