I have bought already a pair of shoes from Alohas in the past and the shoes are very comfortable and well manufactured I also returned a product and It was easy and low cost they deduct a fixed amount from the returned product price like less than 5 euro Last time I had an issue with my last purchase since the pair of shoes I bought was not available in the size chosen so I was immediately contacted by the Customer Care who offered me some valuable alternatives over the refund like chose another pair of shoes with an additional discount

Beautiful and Sustainable

I was so excited when I came across Alohas They use sustainable practices and create absolutely stunning products I ordered my first pair of boots and received them within a week The boots are very comfortable and so beautiful I am so happy I found my go to shoe store I did order a pair of sandals that were a tad small and the customer service was very helpful and timely with their responses I will be buying again and again and again

Fantastic Best shoe company

Shipping was incredibly fast and the products were fantastic So well made extremely high quality and very durable I was also very impressed and surprised that the shoes actually shipped from Spain I had one pair that I didn t quite like the style of on myself and it was extremely easy to return I got my refund that day
