This review is an update regarding my experience with Alo Yoga Alo Yoga corrected all the wrongs and kept their promise My order was delivered Later than promised but delivered nonetheless My order was placed 12 3 2019 The address label on my package showed Alo shipped it out on 12 09 2019 I received it on 12 18 2019 When I contacted Alo they answered my call they said it was shipped and possibly there was a problem with the shipping company They were right In the end after opening my package to my delight every single piece I ordered exceeded my expectations This was a first time purchase so I m very pleased I m disappointed in the company they used to ship Looking at the time it takes to deliver cross country nowadays my order should of arrived sooner The stress was real In closing Alo yoga is a company that sells quality clothes keeps their promise and at least in my case the customer service was excellent Thank you Alo yoga

Trustworthy site Perfect delivery perfect items
I ordered from Sweden the delivery took 1-5 working days just as promised Delivered on 5th Day I was able to track the package all the way which offcourse is a big plus I choose to have it delivered to my nearest dhl-office Sizing off the item was perfect just as i imagined it to be Material is super soft and comfortable I will definetly order from Alo Yoga again

Company Refused to Exchange Damaged Item Outside of Exchange Window
I ordered a bra for my daughter for Christmas I made the mistake of not checking the condition of the item within the 30 day return window When I went to wrap it I noticed it was damaged Even though I was outside of the exchange window I thought the company would exchange the damaged item especially since it was a Christmas gift They refused to exhange the item and offered a discount on a future purchase I am now out 62 and one Christmas gift

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service Placed an order online and immediately realized I ordered the wrong item I tried to cancel it at that moment Their website doesn t give the option to cancel you have to call Once you search their site for a phone number not too easy to access there s no hyperlink to it You need to type it in No big deal odd in this day and age though but time was working against me to cancel my order after going through all these steps Once I spoke to a live person she put me on hold forever to get permission to cancel it She came back and told me I had to wait to receive a tracking number call them back and then they would try to get UPS to cancel it When I summarized what she just told me she had a thick accent and I wanted to make sure I understood she condescendingly repeated herself speaking so slowly and started with a Yes Miss Julie like I just told you Wow I was being patient and kind and she spoke to me like I was in 2nd grade I love Alo s products am super disappointed in 1 How non user friendly their online ordering is 2 How rude the customer service rep was Their phones had only been open for 30 mins when I called I feel bad for anyone who gets her as the day goes on

Worst Customer Service
Alo has the worst customer service compared to every online store I have purchased with I placed an order around 5 weeks ago in the ALO US site but I still have not received my parcel and it was never delivered though it shows that it was already delivered on the 8th of November I have contacted ALO s customer service at least 5 times in these 4 weeks about this issue I m having however it was never solved They either do not reply to emails or have very bad efficiency with confirming with their partnered carrier I still have not received any form of compensation or solution and neither my order I have tried to make a call today and use the online chat but neither of them works I m very disappointed and unhappy with this purchase experience I hope I can hear back from ALO ASAP

Misleading
Misleading deceptive marketing for UK buyers We as a UK buyer have to buy shipping fee all the way back to US which this wasn t clear when I purchased the items They now telling me off that my order is not eligible for exchange in the UK store I should have read Trust pilot reviews before the purchase The ratings are way below 5 star which shows the absolute experience and the truth I would never buy from this company again because their accountancy is above everything The company clearly is not ready to expand to EU and UK due to ridiculous return exchange policy No single individual would be happy to pay 50-70 for returning the item that does not fit Size guidance is out of range The website says 6-8 is UK size equivalent to US Medium size which is not the case I am wearing size 6-8 UK but the US medium size looks like size 14-16 on me Do NOT ever buy anything from this brand

Horrible EU return policy
Horrible shopping experience - no return policy for EU which is not made explicitly clear upfront Also quality is not good - doesn t justify the price difference to Lululemon for example Will never consider buying from them again and would advise any EU customer not to order from them
